With this idea in mind, we offer two activities focused on fitness: yoga for everyone every Monday and exercises in sitting position for people with reduced mobility every Wednesday. There are also activities that are more on the fun side on Tuesday and Thursday: respectively bingo and bean bag toss.
To end the week, there is a mass every Friday. Of course, card games, puzzles, and board games are always available for everyone. During the year, we add all kinds of new activities like shopping, corn roast, Christmas, Easter, Halloween, etc.
